Use pliers to remove the caster assembly....shes removing a clean/new one in the video, your old duster gunked up one with haired wrapped around it is going to be stuck, use a pair of pliers people...

Hey iRobot, I have a iRobot vacuum E5 also the suction cup and when I took, I put it on the clean button and I took it out. The queen bun just came out just the casing. I can literally clip it back in.

besides, who has $1,400 to spend on a vacuum. im a big vacuum fan but thats way too much! thats highway robbery. also, not everyone needs all of these fancy features. you discontinued the basic ones, and now barely any of your "budget models are even affordable. the cheapest one i could find is $300, and that includes the self empty base. I DONT WANT THE SELF EMPTY BASE! i just want a normal i3 without the self empty base. every single robot on the website has a self empty base of some sort. its too loud! i got a roomba i1+ and i sent it back just because the self empty bin was too loud! so unless you can find a way to make them quieter, ill be sticking with my 2 Neatos, thanks.

Also extra points for whoever takes a damp microfiber cloth and scrubs down the irobot rubber roller deals for every clean. 💪🏻🖐🏻

Roomba 614. Cleaned the contact, still not charging. green light stays lit for a min then goes out. took it apart. cleaned dust with water soap and toothbrush, like new. the battery is at 0 volts... I believe the battery may need replacement.. ANOTHER question..... The cleaning box has a motor and 2 brushes. There is a 1/8 inch red sticker. Under this sticker there is a plastic "wire' or plastic "needle", flexible, with a small anchor. The anchor remains in the socket under the red sticker, and the plastic "needle" follows a channel in the pulley on the motor. The motor appears to be freely swinging in its socket along its rotor-axle. As the motor turns left-right, the pulley moves. There is a small hole at the end of the pulley channel, where the plastic "needle" appears to enter. This element does not appear to be sold separately. I think I need a replacement of this "needle" How long is this "needle"? What is the purpose? I think I can use weed-eater string or fishing line, they come at different diameters. I can improvise. Any idea?

if you dont clean the brush roles. At some point a cleaning cycle the roomba will give you error 2. I experienced it tonight when I managed to fix it!

Hello irobot. So I started our roomba j7+ tonight and it went to the dock for like the 5th time I don't know. It self emptied 2 times and then did the bin full red light. I was expecting that it had trouble emptying the bin so I took out the bin, Emptied it, and then put it back in. But here's where it gets a little stranger. A few seconds later it did the WIFI pairing mode sound and then it said "empty the bin. Error 36."I got very confused and then did some searching to see how to fix it. The only thing I did was wipe the filter with a towel and then put it back in. I pressed the button and resumed it but i wanted to put it back to the dock. So I just powered it off and then putted it back in so it could start the powering on process. It was successful. Bit then like 2 or 1 minute later the charging ring light turned off. Even though the roomba wasn't fully charged. But maybe wasn't connected on the charger properly but I didn't do anything. So I just left it. At some point I was thinking that the bin probably wasn't the actual reason why the roomba gave me error 36. Maybe because it hasn't been cleaned in 1 or 2 years. Just to make things a little worse. There were no extra filters. I recorded the moment and I'll send you a link once I've posted the video. Unless I forget
